How do I unsubscribe from the pay-as-you-go and subscription plans for CloudMonitor Basic?

Before you unsubscribe from the pay-as-you-go (cms_post) and subscription (cms_edition) plans for CloudMonitor Basic, review the following information:

• Check if you use the site monitoring feature.

  Check the resource consumption for Network Analysis and Monitoring. If the usage is not 0, the feature is in use. If you unsubscribe but still need this feature, you must enable Network Analysis and Monitoring.

  Note

  The billing for Network Analysis and Monitoring is different from the plan you are unsubscribing from. For more information, see Pay-as-you-go for Network Analysis and Monitoring.

• Check if you use the Log Monitoring feature.

  Check the resource consumption for Log Monitoring. If the usage is not 0, the feature is in use. If you unsubscribe, this feature will become unavailable. If you still need log monitoring, use the SLS Log Monitoring feature in Hybrid Cloud Monitoring.

  Note

  The Log Monitoring feature will be discontinued on September 14, 2024.

• Check if you use the custom monitoring feature.

  Check the resource consumption for custom monitoring. If the usage is not 0, the feature is in use. If you unsubscribe, this feature will become unavailable. If you still need custom monitoring, use the custom monitoring feature in Hybrid Cloud Monitoring.

  Note

  The custom monitoring feature will be discontinued on September 14, 2024.

• Check if you use the custom event feature.

  Check the resource consumption for custom events. If the usage is not 0, the feature is in use. If you unsubscribe, this feature will become unavailable.

  Note

  The custom event feature will be discontinued on September 14, 2024.

• Alert notifications by text message or phone call and API calls to query monitoring data

  After you unsubscribe, the number of alert notifications by text message or phone call and the number of API calls to query monitoring data will be subject to the free quota.
