Clone an alert template to quickly replicate its configurations into a new template.
Prerequisites
An alert template is created. For more information, see Create an alert template.
Procedure

Log on to the Cloud Monitor console.
- In the left navigation pane, select .
- On the Alert Templates page, find the alert template that you want to clone and click Clone in the Actions column.
- Enter a name for the new template and configure its alert rules for Alibaba Cloud services as needed.
- Click OK.
- In the Alert Template Created/Modified dialog box, click Cancel.
Note Clicking Cancel creates the alert template without applying it to any application group. To apply an alert template to an application group, see Apply alert templates to application groups.
