You can modify script recording settings for a browser test task, or modify, delete, stop, or enable the task.
Modify script recording settings
You can modify script recording settings only for browser test tasks that initiate simulated requests from PCs.

Log on to the Cloud Monitor console.

In the left-side navigation pane, choose .

On the Monitoring Tasks tab, find the browser test task that you want to modify, click the
icon in the Actions column, and then select Edit script recording. For information about how to record a script, see Step 2 and Step 3 in Assert business logic using script recording.
Modify a browser test task
For browser test tasks that initiate simulated requests from PCs, you can modify script recording settings when modifying the task.

Log on to the Cloud Monitor console.

In the left-side navigation pane, choose .

On the Monitoring Tasks tab, find the browser test task that you want to modify and click Edit in the Actions column.

On the Modify Task page, configure the parameters for the browser test task.

Click Modify.
NoteYou can click Save and edit script recording to go to the Script Recording page only if you set Device to PC. For information about how to record a script, see Step 2 and Step 3 in Assert business logic using script recording.
Delete a browser test task
When you delete a browser test task, the associated alert rules are also deleted.

Log on to the Cloud Monitor console.

Delete browser test tasks.

On the Monitoring Tasks tab, find the browser test task that you want to delete, click the
icon in the Actions column, and then select Delete. -
In the message that appears, click OK.

On the Monitoring Tasks tab, select the browser test tasks that you want to delete, and then click Delete.
In the message that appears click OK.

Stop a browser test task
You can stop a browser test task only if it is in the Running state. After the task is stopped, detection is suspended.

Enable a browser test task
You can enable a browser test task only if it is in the Stopped state. After the task is enabled, detection resumes.
