To bulk-modify alert rules for an application group, first modify the alert template and then apply it to the group.
Procedure

Log on to the Cloud Monitor console.
- In the left-side navigation pane, choose .
- On the Alert Templates page, find the alert template that you want to modify, click the
icon in the Actions column, and then click Modify. - In the Modify alarm Template panel, reconfigure the alert rules for the applicable Alibaba Cloud services.
Alternatively, you can clone the template and reconfigure its alert rules for the applicable Alibaba Cloud services.
- Click OK.
- In the Alert Template Created/Modified dialog box, click OK.
Note If you click Cancel, the modified alert template is saved but is not applied to any application group. To apply the template later, see Apply an alert template to an application group.

In the Apply Template to Group dialog box, set application group, mute period, effective period, alert callback, and Template Application Method.
- Click OK.
- Apply Templates to GroupsOKThe system then applies the template to the specified groups.
