Query alert notification data generated by event subscription policies. You can filter results by status, such as cleared or uncleared alerts, alert levels, and event subscription rules.
Prerequisites
An event subscription policy is created. For more information, see Manage event subscriptions (Recommended).
Procedure

Log on to the Cloud Monitor console.

In the left-side navigation pane, choose Event Center > Notification History.

View the desired alerts in the notification history.

Select a category, such as All, Not Resolved, or Resolved, to filter alert notifications.

In the search box, enter keywords to search alert notifications. Simple Log Service query syntax is supported. Click Search to run the search.

To narrow down results, click Advanced Filter next to the search box and select from the following options:

Subscription Rule ID: Find the Subscription Rule ID in the event list at the bottom of the Notification History page.

Subscription Rule Name: In the navigation pane, click Event Subscription. Then, find the Policy name column in the list.

Alert Level: Filter by alert level: Critical, Warn, Info, or Resolved.

Alert Contact Group: Filter alerts by contact group.

Sending Status: Filter by Silent/Suppressed or Successful.

By default, alerts from the last 6 hours are displayed. To specify a custom time range, set the time by year, month, day, hour, minute, or second.

View a column chart
The notification history provides a column chart that shows alert counts by level.
On the Notification History page, the Historical Trend bar chart shows the number of alert notifications for each alert level over the selected time. The legend displays the three levels: Critical (red), Warn (orange), and Info (yellow).
