After you create a dashboard, you can subscribe to notifications for the dashboard. When the subscription execution time is reached, the email address that you specify receives a dashboard screenshot.
Background information
You need to wait a maximum of 15 seconds for generating a dashboard screenshot. The dashboard must be rendered within 15 seconds before a complete dashboard screenshot can be generated. Therefore, the size of the dashboard cannot be too large. Otherwise, the screenshot cannot be completely rendered.
Procedure
Log on to the Cloud Monitor console.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Hybrid Cloud Monitoring > Dashboards.
On the Dashboards page, find the desired dashboard and click Subscription in the Actions column.
In the Subscription dialog box, configure Email ID and Execution time.
NoteGmail cannot display pictures normally. Use another email address.
Click Subscription Test.
If you are prompted that the screenshot has been sent to your email address, the subscription test is successful and the email address you specified receives an email.
Click OK.
