On the Alert History page, you can filter and view historical alerts by monitoring type, rule ID, status, and other conditions.

View alert history

  1. Log on to the Cloud Monitor 2.0 console, and select a workspace. In the left navigation pane, choose Application Center > Alert Center.

  2. Choose Alert Management > Alert History. Use the following fields to filter alerts.

    Field

    Description

    Monitoring Type

    Valid values:

    • Applications

    • User Experience

    • Cloud Products

    • Security & Audit

    Alert Status

    The alert processing status. Valid values:

    • Ongoing

    • Cleared

    Rule ID

    The ID of the alert rule.

    Rule Name

    The name of the alert rule.

    Alert Content

    The alert content.

  3. View the following details in the alert history list:

    • Severity level

    • Trigger time

    • Alert content

    • Associated resource

    • Monitoring type

    • Duration

    • Event

    • Rule Name/ID

    • Alert status

View alert details

  1. On the Alert History page, click Details in the Actions column of an alert.

  2. View the alert details in the Notification Details panel.
