Internal CIDR blocks for Application Monitoring

To access ARMS Application Monitoring from an on-premises data center or a cross-region ECS instance over the internal network, use Cloud Enterprise Network (CEN), Express Connect, a leased line, or a VPN gateway to connect to the target region. Add the following internal Alibaba Cloud service CIDR blocks for each region.
