The Explore Metrics feature in Container Insight lets you select metrics or write PromQL queries to view and verify monitoring data on real-time charts.
Prerequisites
You have connected Container Service for Kubernetes (ACK) to Cloud Monitor 2.0.
Try in Playground
Alibaba Cloud Playground provides a demo environment where you can experience the main features of Cloud Monitor 2.0.

Go to the Playground Demo. You are automatically logged in to the default workspace.

In the navigation pane, select Container Insight, or go to App Center and select Container Insight.

In the Container Insight navigation bar, select .
Procedure
Log on to the Cloud Monitor 2.0 console, and select a workspace. In the left navigation pane, choose .

In the Container Insight navigation bar, select .

Click the Metric Query tab. In the Metric Explorer, you can view and filter all available metric names and their metadata.

From the drop-down list, select the target instance.

Enter a custom query. For more information about PromQL syntax, see the official Prometheus documentation.

Adjust the real-time chart as needed.

In area A , set the query metric and click Execute Now .
