Code Security uses a pay-as-you-go billing model. When your account balance is insufficient to cover the incurred fees, the system will send you overdue payment notifications through internal messages, text messages, and other channels. Please pay attention to these notifications promptly and go to Expenses and Costs to check your account balance and top up to avoid interruption of security scanning services due to overdue payment.

Overdue Payment Lifecycle

After an overdue payment occurs, Code Security services will be processed in the following phases. Please top up as soon as possible after the payment becomes overdue to avoid data loss.

Phase

Description

Impact

Overdue payment reminder

When the account balance is insufficient, the system sends overdue payment reminders through internal messages, text messages, and other channels.

Services run normally. Please top up promptly.

Service suspension

After the payment becomes overdue, the scanning services of Code Security will be suspended.

Existing scan data is retained for 30 days. You can restore services by topping up during this period.

Data release

If the overdue payment remains outstanding for more than 30 days, the system will release the data.

Released data cannot be recovered. Make sure to top up before this happens.

Note

Once data is released, it cannot be recovered. We recommend that you enable the balance alert feature in Expenses and Costs to stay informed about your account status.
