Notes on filling out standard software copyright application materials-Intellectual Property Services(CPS)-阿里云帮助中心

You can fill out the order form online using intelligent recognition or manual entry. This topic uses manual entry as an example to describe the parameters and important notes.

The following notes explain how to complete each option in the console. For information about the standard software copyright application process, see Step 2: Fill out the online form.

Basic software information

If the right is originally acquired

Parameter	Description
Full software name	Must end with "Software", "APP", "System", or "Platform". If the application is for a Mini Program, it can end with "Mini Program". The full name must be related to the application content. Do not add spaces between Chinese and English words in a name.
Abbreviated software name	The full name and abbreviated name must be related. The abbreviated name cannot be longer than the full name.
Software work description	If you set Software work description to Original, skip this step. If you set Software work description to Modified, set the following parameters: Detailed description: Enter a detailed description of the modification, synthesis, or translation. Registration status: If Registration status is set to Registered: Original registration number: Enter the original registration number. Scan of original registration certificate: Only the .pdf format is supported. Not registered Authorization from original rights holder: If Authorization from original rights holder is set to Required, upload the Letter of Authorization. Only the .pdf format is supported. Not required
Version number	Enter the correct version number, such as V1.0 or 1.0.
Software classification	Select the correct software classification.
Copyright holder type	Individual If you set Copyright holder type to Enterprise, enter the Enterprise establishment date.
Development completion date	Select the development completion date.
Publication status	Unpublished If Publication status is set to Published: First publication date: Select the first publication date. First publication province: Select the first publication province. First publication city: Select the first publication city.
Source code size	Enter the source code size in lines.

If the right is acquired by succession

Software technical features

Parameter	Description
Hardware environment for software development	PC: CPU, graphics card, memory, hard disk, PC computer, and more. Android: Android phone, pad tablet computer. Apple: iPhone, iPad tablet computer.
Software development environment/tools	You can enter development tools (Eclipse, IDEA), programming languages (such as PHP), structural frameworks (such as Vue, Spring, Django), databases (MySQL, DataBase, Oracle), and Mobile PaaS (such as Flutter).
Operating system for software development	PC: Windows, Linux, Mac OS, Unix, CentOS, and more. Android: Android system (such as Android 4.0 or later), Android Studio, Android SDK, and more. Apple: iOS system (such as iOS 8.0 or later).
Hardware environment for software execution	PC: CPU, graphics card, memory, hard disk, PC computer, and more. Android: Android phone, pad tablet computer. Apple: iPhone, iPad tablet computer.
Operating system for software execution	PC: Windows, Linux, Mac OS, Unix, CentOS, and more. Android: Android system (such as Android 4.0 or later), Android Studio, Android SDK, and more. Apple: iOS system (such as iOS 8.0 or later).
Software runtime support environment/software	You can enter programming languages (such as PHP), structural frameworks (such as Vue, Spring, Django), databases (MySQL, DataBase, Oracle), environment configurations (such as JDK, JRE), and servers (Tomcat, Nginx).
Main software features	The main features must be consistent with the identification materials. Do not invent features.
Development purpose	Describe the actual development purpose of the software.
Target domain, industry	Describe the actual content of the software application.
Software technical features	Describe the actual technical features of the software.
Programming language	Enter the actual programming language of the code. Development tools cannot be entered as programming languages.
Technical features	The technical features must be described accurately and be relevant to the software. (Incorrect example: Describing data analytics as a technical feature of a camera app.)

Upload materials

Parameter	Description
Software description document	Download template: Description document template. Notes and rules: Upload the document in PDF format. Use a combination of text and images for the description. The document should describe the software's logon process, main interface, interface navigation, and main functional modules. The content should not be too simple. Include screenshots for all main features. The screenshots in the document must be consistent with the application software, including the version number, software name, and signal bar. In the header of the description document, edit the [Full software name, version number, and page number] to be completely consistent with the basic information. Screenshots must not be photoshopped or show obvious signs of being cut. Note Differentiating between Android and iOS system screenshots in the description document. First, it is best to use actual display images to avoid confusion caused by UI design discrepancies. Second, based on general standards, review the following aspects: The interface icons and styles of iOS and Android are different. The positions of the signal, carrier flag, and time are different. For example, on iOS, the time is usually in the middle (for models below iPhone 8 Plus, and in the top-left corner for iPhone X and later). Lock screen icon Note: The preceding points are basic judgments based on actual business standards. If the reviewer has other opinions, the reviewer's opinion prevails.
Software code document	Download template: Code document template. Two methods are available: Enter code to automatically generate the code document Note This method helps avoid formatting errors. Upload a code document Note Download and fill out the document template to reduce errors. Notes and rules: Upload the document in PDF format. In the header of the code document, edit the [Full software name, version number, and page number] to be completely consistent with the basic information. The code document must be related to the description document. If the code contains a copyright statement, it must be consistent with the copyright holder. If the source code exceeds 3,000 lines, provide code from the beginning and end of the software. The code must also reflect the main features described in the description document. The last page must be the end of a complete module. If the source code is less than 3,000 lines, provide all the code in the code document. The code document should have 50 lines per page, with a maximum of 60 pages of code. Note To set 50 lines per page in Microsoft Word, perform the following steps: Adjust page margins: The top and bottom margins should not exceed 2.2 cm, and the left and right margins should not exceed 2 cm. In the page settings, click the drop-down arrow, click Document Grid, and set the number of lines to 50.
Other description documents	Early-stage development description Notes and rules: Early-stage development description document template. Upload a copy of the developer's ID card signed by the developer. The software name and version number must be consistent with the application software. Seals and signatures must be authentic and valid. Do not use photoshopped images. Upload the document in PDF format. Notes and rules for the certificate from a superior legal entity: Certificate from a superior legal entity document template. If the copyright holder is a branch company of xxxxxx, provide a certificate from the superior entity. Seals and signatures must be authentic and valid. Do not use photoshopped images. The company name in the description must be consistent with the copyright holder. Upload the document in PDF format.

Contact information

Note

The contact information must be correct and valid for subsequent mailings and the initial review by Alibaba Cloud.

Create a new contact

Contact name	Enter the contact's name.
