Feature overview
This feature protects enterprise data assets by encrypting the real phone numbers of users and customers into virtual numbers. These virtual numbers can be used with Alibaba Cloud communication services to make voice calls and send text messages.
Scenarios
An enterprise encrypts its customer contacts into virtual numbers for a third-party call center. The call center uses Alibaba Cloud lines to decrypt the virtual numbers into real numbers when placing calls. This protects the enterprise's core data assets from exposure.
