What is the customer pool?
The customer pool is a large list of customers acquired through company resources. Salespeople can browse this list and claim customers. Once claimed, a customer is moved to the salesperson's My Customers list for follow-up and development.
View and claim customers from the pool
Go to the Cloud Business Opportunity Workbench and choose Customer Management > Customer Pool. You can search for customers by name, type, or release time.
Click Details to view a customer's follow-up history and other relevant data. Use this information to decide whether to claim the customer.
The contact information for customers in the customer pool is hidden. This information becomes visible only after you claim the customer.
To claim a customer, click Claim in the upper-right corner. The customer is automatically added to your My Customers list.
