Employee management
This topic explains how to manage employees and departments in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and set custom rules for each employee.
Department settings
Create an organization
Method 1: Go to the Cloud Business Opportunity Workbench. Choose More > Employee Management > Department Settings. In the lower-left corner, click Create Organization. Fill in the basic information for the organization and click Save.
Organization Name: The name of the department.
Full Organization Name: The full, detailed name of the department or organization.
Organization Code: A unique code for the organization to simplify queries.
Note: These fields are required. The basic information for each organization must be unique.
Method 2: Click Download Template. Fill in the information for multiple organizations in the template. Then, click Import Template to create the organizations in a batch.
Edit organization information
Click an organization name to view its details. Click Edit to modify its information or Delete to remove it.
Query an organization
On the Organization Management page, enter information about an organization in the search box and click Query. For best results, enter a single piece of information, such as the name or code.
Employee (account) settings
Create an account
After creating an organization, choose More > Employee Management > Employee Settings. Select an organization from the list on the left. On the organization page, click Create Account. Fill in the user information and click Save. The new user account is created under the selected organization.
To log on to the Cloud Business Opportunity Workbench, new employees must select the Employee Account Logon option, enter their account information, and then click Logon. Users with accounts registered on the main Alibaba Cloud website must use the Alibaba Cloud Logon option.
Edit an account
Details: View the details of an account.
Edit: Click to modify an existing account.
Freeze: Temporarily disables an account. Click Restore to resume its use.
Delete: Click to remove an account that is no longer needed.
Query an account
On the User Management page, enter account information in the search box and click Query to locate the account.
