This topic describes how to find companies.
Find companies
The Find companies section helps you learn more about a company. You can quickly contact key people to improve work efficiency. This section also provides a complete view of the company to lower business risks and help you make decisions.
The Find companies section includes company information (business information, operating information, intellectual property, and enterprise annual reports), risk information, historical business opportunities (bids and won bids), project contacts, and an Enterprise Profile that shows upstream and downstream relationships.
Go to Cloud Business Opportunities. On the Cloud Business Opportunities page, click Find companies to go to the company list page. You can click here to view and purchase plans>>
Search for companies
On the company list page, you can find a company by entering its information in the upper-right corner or using the filter conditions at the bottom.
View company information
Company information includes business information, operating information, intellectual property, and enterprise annual reports.
1. Business information: This includes basic company details, such as the incorporation date and registered capital. You can query this information with one click.
2. Operating information: This includes tax qualifications, tax credit, and certificate information. This helps you better understand the company's operating status, the validity period for general taxpayer status, the tax credit rating, and the validity period of certificates.
3. Intellectual property: This includes trademark information, patent information, software copyrights, and work copyrights. This section shows the exclusive rights that the company legally holds.
4. Enterprise annual reports: You can query annual reports from previous years. Key information includes basic company details, asset status, and social security information. This helps you better understand the company's business condition.
View risk information
On the company details page, you can view the company's risk information. This provides a more complete picture of the company to help you make business decisions.
View bidding projects
On the company details page, you can view the company's historical bidding projects.
Bidding data: This includes the number of bids, the number of winning companies, and the total bid amount. This helps you understand the company's bidding history.
Bidding list: You can use this list to search for the company's historical bidding projects, bid products, winning companies, project regions, and publication dates.
Winning companies: You can use this section to query data about the companies that won bids from this enterprise, such as the number of collaborations, the collaboration amount, and the winning products.
You can also view historical bidding data for a comprehensive overview of the total number of bids in the last year.
View winning bid projects
On the company details page, you can view the company's historical winning bid projects.
Winning bid data: This includes the number of winning bids, the number of bidding companies, and the total winning bid amount. This helps you understand the company's bid-winning history.
Winning bid list: You can use this list to view the products for which the company has historically won bids, the companies from which it won bids, and project region information.
Bidding companies: You can view collaboration details with the companies from which this company won bids, such as the number of collaborations and the collaboration amount.
You can also view winning bid data analytics and winning customer distribution for further analysis.
View contact information
On the contact information list, you can view the company's contact phone numbers, names, and the number of related bids. You can sort by the number of bids, view the main products a contact is responsible for, and filter by information source. This helps you directly contact procurement staff.
You can also click the number of related bids to expand a list of those bids. This helps you find all bids managed by that contact and learn more about them.
View the Enterprise Profile
In the Enterprise Profile, you can view the company's buyers, suppliers, and competitors (companies that bid on the same projects). You can click a company in the profile to view its details. You can also click View All to go to the company list page. This helps you understand upstream and downstream relationships.
View similar companies
Cloud Business Opportunities intelligently matches you with similar companies. You can view them in the Similar Companies section.
Add a company as a customer
If you decide to follow up with a company after viewing its details, click the Add as Customer button in the upper-right corner. You can then find and follow up with the company under Customer Management > My Customers. For more information, see Customer Management.
Browsing history
Click More > Browsing History > Companies to view your company browsing history. In the history, you can select a time range to find a company and then view its details.
