This topic describes how to configure account permissions in Settings.

Role management
Create a role
Log on to the Cloud Business Opportunities Workbench. Choose More > Permission Management > Role Management.
1. Click Create Role, enter the role information, and then click Next.
Role Name: The name of a job position.
Role Identifier: A unique string of English characters for easy identification.
Application Days: The validity period of the role.
Risk Level: The risk level that corresponds to the scope of the role's permissions.
2. Select the required permissions. These permissions appear as menus in the workbench for the role. If a permission is not selected, its corresponding menu is not visible. Click Done to create the role.
Edit a role
Details: View the details of the role.
Edit: Modify an existing role.
Record: View the change history of the role's permissions.
Delete: Remove a role that is no longer needed.
Query roles
On the Role Management page, enter a role name or identifier in the search box and click Query to find the role.
Role authorization
This procedure describes how to grant feature permissions or database permissions to a role.
Create an authorization
1. Choose More > Permission Management > Role Authorization. Enter the authorization object information and click Next.
Select the roles to which you want to grant permissions. To find pre-configured roles, click Batch Authorization on the right.
2. In the role list below, find the roles you need, or use the query function to find them. Click Add or Remove to configure the roles. You can add multiple roles. Click Next.
3. Configure the database permissions and click Done. After the authorization is successful, you are redirected to the Authorization Record page.
Edit an authorization
You can manage authorization objects on the Authorization Record page.
Details: View the authorization details.
Edit: Modify the authorization information.
Freeze: Temporarily disable the permissions for an authorization. To restore the permissions, click Unfreeze.
Revoke: Permanently remove the permissions. Revoked permissions cannot be restored. To grant the permissions again, you must create a new authorization.
Query authorizations
On the Authorization Record page, enter authorization information in the search box and click Query to find the authorization.
