Real-time speed of key vehicles
Definition
The real-time speed of a key vehicle is its current speed, which is calculated from GPS data.
Calculation logic
This metric is calculated from raw GPS data. An algorithm is used to calculate the vehicle's real-time speed.
The calculation logic is as follows:
Calculate the travel distance based on the GPS map-matching results.
The location of the first GPS point on a road segment is used as the start point. For example, if this point is on road segment 'a', its distance from the start of the segment is N% of the segment's total length. The vehicle's travel distance is calculated using the segment length from the basic road segment information.
Finally, calculate the speed by dividing the travel distance by the elapsed time.

Data dependency source
The data source is real-time GPS data from the vehicle, which is updated at least every 2 minutes.
