DAS uses machine learning and capacity algorithms to analyze database storage and predict future usage. Review optimization suggestions, view performance capacity statistics and storage usage, and estimate remaining storage days on the Capacity Assessment page.
Supported databases
Capacity assessment supports the following database types:

View capacity assessment

Log on to the DAS console.

In the left-side navigation pane, click Instance Monitoring.

Find the target instance and click its instance ID.

In the left-side navigation pane, click Capacity Assessment.

On the Capacity Assessment tab, review the following sections:

Capacity Suggestion: Shows the current storage status and recommended optimization actions.

Capacity Assessment: Shows storage performance metrics and storage usage over a selected time range.
