Use the Diagnostic Reports feature in Database Autonomy Service (DAS) to generate a report for a specific time period when your ApsaraDB for MongoDB instance has performance issues or requires a routine health check. The report analyzes the instance's slow query log, tablespace, and performance trends to help you assess its health and quickly identify anomalies.

Prerequisites

The database instance must be an ApsaraDB for MongoDB instance.

Usage notes

You can run diagnostics only on secondary nodes.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the DAS console.

  2. In the navigation pane on the left, click Intelligent O&M Center > Instance Monitoring .

  3. Find the target instance and click the instance ID to open the instance details page.

  4. In the left-side navigation pane, click Diagnostic Reports.

  5. Click Create Reports to generate a diagnostic report.

Click Auto-generating Report Settings to configure scheduled triggers and automatically generate diagnostic reports.

    Note

The time range for a diagnosis cannot exceed 24 hours. Shorter time ranges provide more granular performance metrics.

  6. Wait for the diagnosis to complete. You can refresh the page to check the progress. In the Actions column, click View Report to view the report details and score.
