Manage tag objects to be published

更新时间: 2026-01-17 20:40:27

Tag objects within the imported deployment package file are displayed on the page for publishing. This page allows for the management and publication of these tag objects.

Prerequisites

The project containing the tag objects must have been previously published.

Entry to tag objects to be published

  1. Log on to Dataphin with the cross-tenant publishing user account.

  2. On the Dataphin home page, choose Management Center > Migration from the top menu bar.

  3. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Migration > Import Deployment Package.

  4. Single click the deployment package Actions column's image publish icon.

  5. Single-click the Tag tab to access the page for tag objects awaiting publication.

Manage tag objects to be published

The page of tag objects to be published mainly consists of the search and filter area, the tag object list, and batch operations. The descriptions and supported operations of each area are as follows.

Following a successful import of the deployment package, you can filter, publish, view details, and compare versions of workspace objects under the Data Architecture tab. The tag object list displays information such as object name, publish status/completion time, object type, change type, and environment change.

Important
  • Before managing tag objects, verify that the associated project has been published. Unpublished projects prevent operations such as publishing, viewing details, version comparison, and batch selections.

Hover your mouse over the desired data architecture object within the Actions column, then single click the image icon to Publish the corresponding data section.

  • For objects within published projects, if the cross-tenant publishing user is not a member of the project, they lack the permissions to publish the object or execute related tasks, such as publishing, viewing details, comparing versions, and conducting batch operations.

Hover over the desired data architecture object in the Actions column, click the image icon to publish, and then select Join to proceed to the project management page for the current tenant.

Description

Filter

Perform fuzzy or batch searches by object name or code, or filter tag objects by project, latest publish time, object type, publish status, change type, and environment change.

  • Batch Search: You can single click Batch Search, enter the supported search items of each object in the Batch Search dialog box, up to 1000 items, separated by carriage returns. Single click OK, and the system will perform an exact search and display the found objects in the list below.

  • Filter:

    • Filter by one or more Projects simultaneously.

    • Latest Submission Time: Please select the start and end dates individually, adhering to the YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss date format.

    • File Format: Filter by a single object type at a time, such as an offline dataset, offline tag, or behavior relationship.

    • Publish Status: Select one or multiple statuses to filter the view. Available statuses are 'to be published', 'publishing', 'published successfully', 'publish failed', and 'successful with risk'. 'Successful with risk' indicates that the publish action was completed, but the content may not fully match the imported content. This discrepancy does not impede the use of the published object but serves as a risk alert.

    • Change Type: Select one or multiple change types to filter simultaneously, such as add, update, or delete.

    • Environment Change: Indicate if there has been a change in the target environment since the last import.

Publish

  • For Single Publish, click publish in the operation column, enter a name in the dialog box, and click OK.

  • For Batch Publish, select the objects, click Publish, enter a name in the dialog box, and click OK.

    Note

Select all applies to all objects under current filters; Select all on this page applies only to objects on the current page.

Version Comparison

Version comparison is available for objects with the change type update, comparing the current import with the latest version in the target environment.

Publish Details

Examine the details of an individual publish, which include the Publish Status, the object's Basic Information, Flow Verification outcomes, and any Abnormal Reminders.

Note

If the object's change type is delete and its publish status is successful, the object has been removed from the target environment, and viewing the publish details is not supported at this point.
