Notification settings
Notification settings enable you to promptly receive task messages for quick response. This topic explains how to configure notification settings.
Permission description
Super administrators and system administrators have the ability to view and configure settings.
Notification settings description
Flow Control: Notifications for approval processes such as data standard approval, release approval, and data download approval.
Permission Management: Notifications for permission management activities such as permission expiration, upcoming expiration reminders, and permission revocation.
Resource Usage: Notifications regarding resource usage statistics, including data processing units, data standards, and artificial intelligence for IT operations.
Tenant Management: Notifications about changes to tenant settings.
System Messages: Notifications concerning system abnormalities, such as metadata retrieval issues.
Procedure
On the Dataphin home page, click the
icon to open the Notification dialog box.Click View All Unread Messages> at the bottom of the dialog box to navigate to the Notification Center.
In the left-side navigation pane, select Message > Notification Settings to open the Notification Settings page.
On the Notification Settings page, select the appropriate channels for notifications related to Flow Management, Permission Management, Resource Usage, Tenant Management, and System Messages. Options include Internal Message, Email, Dingtalk Group Message, Lark Group Message, Wecom Group Message
NoteWhen initiating approval nodes or performing approval operations, the configured notification method will alert the relevant personnel.
You must enable Email, DingTalk group messages. Choose the option that best fits your business needs.
Click OK to finalize the notification settings configuration.
