On the Dataphin page, click the 
icon and select Support. Alternatively, click the blue robot and then click Support. On the support page, enter your question.
AI Assistant Q&A
This feature is available only for fully managed public cloud shared instances. It uses Alibaba Cloud Model Studio to answer your questions about using Dataphin.
On the Dataphin page, click the icon and select AI Assistant. Alternatively, click the blue robot and then click AI Assistant. When the AI assistant opens, enter your question.
View the system ID and transfer ID
If you need your tenant and system identity information to submit a ticket, click your profile picture in the upper-right corner to open the User Center. Hover your mouse over the 
icon to view the System ID and Transfer ID. Click Copy Information to copy the IDs.
