Dataphin supports the configuration of tenant-level alert message templates, allowing you to view and edit alert content across various modules such as offline computing, real-time computing, baseline monitoring, data quality, and data service. This topic outlines the steps to view and modify message templates.
Limits
Only super administrators and system administrators have the permissions to edit message templates.
View message templates
Navigate to the Dataphin interface and click the
icon in the upper-right corner to access the Alert Center page.In the Alert Center, click Message Template from the left-side navigation pane.
On the Message Template page, click the tabs for Offline Computing, Real-time Computing, Baseline Monitoring, Data Quality, and Data Service to view their respective message templates.

Offline computing alerts may include Error, Completion, Data Latency, Timeout, Incomplete notifications.
Real-time Computing
Real-time computing alerts may include High business latency, Checkpoint Failure Exceeds Configuration, Data retention exceeds configuration, failure frequency exceeds configuration, TPS exceeds range.
Baseline Monitoring
Baseline Monitoring alerts may include Baseline Breach, Baseline Warning, Baseline Task Error, Baseline Task Slowdown.
Data Quality
Data Quality alerts may include Field Rule Exception, Custom Rule Exception, Data Source Rule Exception, Metric Rule Exception, Table Rule Exception.
Data Service
Data Service alerts may include Abnormal Average Response Time, Abnormal Call Count, Abnormal Error Rate.
Modify alert message templates
Click the Actions column
icon under the module tabs to open the Edit Message Template dialog box.Parameter

Current Template In Use
Show you the content of the current alert template configuration.
Set New Template
Show you the interface presents saved template versions along with their content. You can choose from various predefined templates tailored to distinct alert causes and business channels.
NoteModifications to the message template content are effective immediately for subsequent alerts.
To finalize the changes, click OK.
