View system messages
This topic explains how to view and manage messages within the Message Center.
View messages in the Message Center
On the top menu bar of the Dataphin homepage, click the
icon to open the Notifications dialog box.Click View All Unread Messages at the bottom of the Notifications dialog box to navigate to the Message Center page.
In the Message Center, you can click the Unread Message tab or the All Message tab to view message lists in the corresponding categories. You can search by entering keywords of message names or content. You can also filter messages by selecting a Start Date and an End Date, or by clicking the
icon to select a Message Source.Click the
icon in the Actions column of the target message to open the Message Details panel and view the detailed content of the message.For messages with corresponding tasks, you can click View Task in the Message Details panel to navigate to the Task Hub and view the corresponding task details.
For messages related to data download approval, after the approval is granted, you can click Download File in the Message Details panel to download the corresponding data file.
(Optional) If necessary, you can click Mark All As Read under the Unread Message or All Message tab to mark all messages as read.
