Dataphin supports multiple message channels, including phone, text message, email, DingTalk group bots, and custom user-defined channels.

Dataphin sends alert messages through DingTalk groups or email. Configure the DingTalk group bot webhook in member management (for details, see ). When tasks, quality rules, or service monitoring triggers activate a monitoring rule, the system dispatches messages to the configured DingTalk group. For email notifications, configure the recipient's email address and related parameters.

Dataphin integrates with Alibaba Cloud Voice Service and Alibaba Cloud Short Message Service to deliver alert messages via phone and text message for production safety.

Enterprises with existing text message or voice channels can use them to send Dataphin messages.

On the Dataphin home page, click Management Center in the top menu bar.

Follow the steps shown below to open the Message Channel settings page, which includes phone, text message, email, and custom channels.
