View asset capacity

Storage usage is calculated based on the total size of your resources. Design resources are isolated by workspace, but the storage capacity is shared across all workspaces under a single account.

The capacity limits for each DataV edition are as follows:

  • Enterprise Edition: 5 GB

  • Professional Edition: 10 GB

  • Premium Edition: 99 GB

In the upper section of the Design Resources page, you can view the used and remaining capacity for My Design Resources in the current workspace. Asset Capacity
Note Assets are isolated by workspace, but the storage capacity is calculated by account. If My Design Resources shows no design resources but the remaining capacity is partially used, design resources in other workspaces under the same account may be occupying the storage capacity.

Upload local files

You can upload local image, video, and model files as design resources on the Design Resources page. Choose to upload asset content

To upload a local file:

  1. Click Create Design Resource and select Upload Image, Upload Video, or Upload Model from the drop-down list.

Link external resources

To link an external resource:

  1. Click Create Design Resource and select Create from External Resources from the drop-down list.

  2. In the Create Design Resource dialog box, configure the following parameters.

    Important
    • Only complete embedded glTF or GLB model files are supported for the glTF format. The separated glTF format (.gltf + .bin) is not supported.
    • If a loaded model displays rendering artifacts, the triangle count in a single mesh may exceed 4294967296/3 (approximately 1,431,655,765). To avoid this, reduce the polygon count in your modeling software before uploading.
