View, edit, and batch-replace data sources across all widgets on your data dashboard. Batch replacement changes only the data source type (for example, from Hologres to RDS for MySQL) while preserving existing filters, data mappings, and other configurations.
Prerequisites
-
You have added the required data as a data source in DataV-Board 7.0. For more information, see Data source categorization.
-
You have created a data dashboard and added widgets to it. For more information, see Create a PC dashboard from a template and Configure widgets.
Access data management
Access the DataV console.
-
In the area, hover over the target dashboard and click Edit to open the dashboard editor.
-
In the navigation pane on the left, click Data Management to go to the Data Management page.
This page lists the data sources in the current dashboard. You can also configure them here. For more information, see View and configure data sources.
View and configure data sources
View data sources
The Data Management page lists all data source types, the count of each type, and the widgets that use them. Click the
icon to search for a data source by name, SQL statement, CSV content, or static data content. The search supports fuzzy matching.

Configure data sources
You can configure a single data source or batch-modify multiple data sources.
-
Configure a single data source
Click a widget under the target data source type. On the Data Source tab that appears on the right, configure the data type, filters, data mappings, and other settings. For more information, see Widget data source configuration.

-
Batch-modify data sources
To apply the same data source to multiple widgets, use batch operations. For example, you can switch all widgets from static data to the same RDS for MySQL database. The following figure shows the steps.
NoteBatch operations only update the data source itself. Existing configurations such as filters and data mappings are preserved.
