If you enable whitelist-based access control on your MaxCompute project, services in Data Analysis, such as cost calculation, data download, dimension table usage, and data upload, may fail to access MaxCompute table data. To prevent these errors, add the IP addresses for Data Analysis to your MaxCompute project's ip address whitelist.

The Data Analysis IP whitelist section provides the IP addresses only for Data Analysis services, such as cost calculation, data download, dimension table usage, and data upload. If you use an exclusive resource group for scheduling to run MaxCompute tasks in Data Analysis, also add the IP address of the exclusive resource group for scheduling to the MaxCompute ip address whitelist. To find the IP address for your resource group, see Appendix: Exclusive scheduling resource group IP. For detailed instructions on how to add an IP address to a MaxCompute whitelist, see Manage IP address whitelists.
Data Analysis IP whitelist
If your MaxCompute project has whitelist-based access control enabled, add the IP addresses for Data Analysis to the project's ip address whitelist. The IP addresses and CIDR blocks to add depend on the region of your DataWorks workspace.

Appendix: Exclusive scheduling resource group IP
If you use an exclusive resource group for scheduling to run MaxCompute tasks and your project has whitelist-based access control enabled, add the public IP address of the resource group to the MaxCompute ip address whitelist. For detailed instructions, see Manage IP address whitelists. To find the public IP address, go to the Resource Group List page in DataWorks and click the Exclusive Resource Groups tab. Locate your resource group and click View Details in the Actions column. The public IP address is shown in the EIP address field.
