Use the Alert Resource page to view the alert resources for your account in a specific region and set daily limits on alert text messages and phone calls.
Billing
DataWorks provides a monthly free quota of alert text messages and phone calls that varies based on your DataWorks edition. Alerts within the free quota are free. After the free quota is used up, you are charged on a pay-as-you-go basis. For more information, see Billing for alert text messages and phone calls.
View alert resources

In the left navigation pane, click .

In the upper-left corner, select the region for your workspace to view the alert resource usage for your account in that region.
The Alert Resource page shows the Alert Resource Usage Today and Alert Resource Usage in This Month sections:

By default, the Alert Resource Usage Today section displays the number of alert text messages and phone calls generated today by modules such as Data Integration, Intelligent Monitoring, Data Quality, and Code Review. You can switch the date to view usage for a specific day.

The Alert Resource Usage in This Month section displays monthly statistics, such as Usage in This Month, Free Quota, Used Free Quota, Remaining Free Quota, and Pay-as-you-go usage.
The Free Quota displayed here varies based on your DataWorks edition. For more information, see Billing for alert text messages and phone calls.

Set daily upper limits for alerts

In the Alert Resource Usage Today section, click Set Upper Limits in the upper-left corner.

In the Set Upper Limits dialog, configure Maximum Alert SMS Messages Per Day and Maximum Alert Phone Calls Per Day.
You can set upper limits for the number of daily alerts to control alert costs. By default, the upper limits for daily alert text messages and phone calls are set to Unlimited. You can adjust the limits based on your needs.
Important-
The upper limits that you set take effect only in the current region.

After the upper limit is reached, you can no longer receive alert text messages or phone calls.
