Reasons for account suspension and how to unblock
Direct Mail suspends your account if it detects phishing, fraudulent, or virus emails, or receives third-party spam complaints. For the thresholds and rules that trigger a suspension, see Account suspension rules.
Sending paused: Go to the Direct Mail console overview page and submit an unblock request. You have one opportunity to do this.
Account frozen: You cannot unblock a frozen account yourself. Contact Alibaba Cloud support for assistance.
To avoid future suspensions, only send emails to recipients who have explicitly opted in, and make sure all content complies with Alibaba Cloud regulations.
