How do I upgrade my Direct Mail reputation level?
Meet all three of the following criteria consistently to trigger an automatic upgrade:
Keep delivery metrics healthy: invalid address rate below 5%, spam complaint rate below 2.5%, and delivery success rate above 92%.
Meet volume thresholds: send more than 300 emails per day and use at least 70% of your daily quota.
Send consistently: maintain sending activity on at least three days per week.
Upgrades run automatically once per day, up to a maximum of level 8. The new level cannot exceed the credit rating limit you have configured. For details, see Credit rating rules.
Does Direct Mail provide 200 free emails every day after activation?
No. Each Alibaba Cloud primary account receives a total free allowance of 2,000 emails, with a daily cap of 200 emails.
The free allowance is separate from resource plans and pay-as-you-go billing. Emails sent beyond the free allowance are charged at the standard rate.
