DirectMail uses pay-as-you-go pricing, billed hourly based on actual usage.
DirectMail uses pay-as-you-go pricing, billed hourly based on actual usage. Charges are consolidated with your other pay-as-you-go bills and settled on a monthly cycle.
Billing and settlement
DirectMail charges are added to your total pay-as-you-go bill. Settlement works as follows:
If your total bill reaches USD 1,000 during the month, payment is collected immediately.
If your total bill is less than USD 1,000 at the end of the month, payment is collected on the 1st of the following month.
Service suspension
If your credit card has insufficient funds to cover the bill, DirectMail is suspended. During the suspension period:
You can still log in to the DirectMail console.
You cannot send emails.
Once payment is completed, DirectMail is re-enabled.
View sending activity
To review email performance and usage details, open Delivery Reports or Sending Details in the DirectMail console.
