Overview of the purchase process.
1. Log on to the Direct Mail product page.
2. On the Direct Mail product page, choose Buy Now to purchase a Direct Mail resource plan (subscription) or Apply to Activate to activate pay-as-you-go (postpaid) billing directly.
Note: Only Alibaba Cloud accounts that have completed identity verification can purchase or activate Direct Mail. Make sure your account has passed identity verification.

Purchase a resource plan package
1. Click Buy Now to go to the resource plan purchase page.
2. Select the resource plan specification and Quantity you need, then click Buy Now.
3. On the order confirmation page, review your order and read the Direct Mail Resource Plan Service Agreement, then click Pay to go to the payment page.
4. Select your payment method, click Confirm Payment, and complete the payment. After successful payment, you are redirected to the payment success page.
5. Click Management Console to access the Direct Mail console.
If you have already activated pay-as-you-go billing for Direct Mail, you can go directly to the console to use the service. If you have not activated pay-as-you-go billing, after logging on to the Direct Mail console, you will be prompted to activate it immediately. Click Activate Now to proceed. After successful activation, you can use the Direct Mail console.
Note:
The subscription duration (validity period) of a resource plan is six months. Use it within this period.
Unused traffic cannot be refunded or canceled after the resource plan is used or expires.
Before a resource plan expires, the system sends notifications via text message, email, and internal message. Watch for these reminders and use your resource plan promptly.
To let a RAM user purchase a Direct Mail resource plan, assign the following two permissions in the Resource Access Management (RAM) console: AliyunDirectMailFullAccess and AliyunBSSOrderAccess.
Activate pay-as-you-go billing
1. On the Direct Mail product page, click Apply to Activate to go to the activation page.
2. If your account has not completed identity verification, click Verify Now to complete it.
3. If identity verification is already complete, review the billing standards, read the Direct Mail Activation Agreement, then click Activate Now to activate the Direct Mail service.
After activating the service, go to the Direct Mail Management Console to start using it. For detailed sending methods, see User Guide.
