The Statistics page in the Direct Mail console shows delivery metrics across all sender addresses under your Alibaba Cloud account, so you can monitor sending performance and investigate deliverability issues.

The Direct Mail console Statistics page aggregates data for all sender addresses under your account. Metrics include total deliveries, successful deliveries, failed deliveries, invalid addresses, success rate, and invalid address rate.

Sending data

In the navigation pane, click Sending Data.

View sending data

Select an Email Tag, Sender Address, Start Time, and End Time, then click Query.

Note: Queries cover up to 14 consecutive days within the last 30 days. The default view shows the last 7 days. Results include total emails sent, successful deliveries, failed deliveries, invalid addresses, success rate, and invalid address rate.

View email tracking

  1. On the Sending Data page, click Email Tracking.

  2. Select a start and end time, then click Query.

Note: Tracking data is available for up to 14 days.

Email tracking collects open and click data for delivered emails, so you can measure campaign performance. Filter by sending task to see metrics for a specific batch. All metrics are counted against Total — the number of successfully delivered emails with tracking enabled.

A recipient opens the email.

Click

A recipient clicks a URL in the email after opening it.

Unique open

An open event, deduplicated per recipient.

Unique click

A click event, deduplicated per recipient.

Available metrics: opens, open rate, clicks, click-through rate (CTR), unique opens, unique open rate, unique clicks, and unique CTR.

View sending details

Search per-email delivery records filtered by sending task creation time, sender address, recipient address, email tag, or delivery result.

  1. In the navigation pane, click Sending Details.

  2. Select a Time Range, Filter Condition, and Delivery Result, then click Query.

Note: You can query data for a maximum of 30 days.

Unsubscribes

When a recipient unsubscribes, any subsequent send attempt to that address is blocked with error code 562 Unsubscribed rcptto.

Spam reports

A spam report is feedback sent by a recipient's service provider (SP) through a feedback loop (FBL). The service provider (SP) aggregates reports and forwards them to Alibaba Cloud Direct Mail, typically when a recipient marks an email as spam.

Any subsequent send attempt to a recipient who reported spam is blocked with error code 560 Recipient Reported Spam.

Note

Unsubscribe data is updated in real time.

Spam report data is updated daily.

Do not send marketing, subscription, or other types of emails to these recipients. For triggered emails, such as verification code emails, use a sender address of the trigger type. Do not remove a recipient from these lists unless they unsubscribed or reported spam by mistake. Removing recipients from these lists can cause a high complaint rate for your sender address or domain, which may lead to blacklisting by recipient SPs.
