Data Management (DMS) delivers event notifications—such as ticket approvals and change alerts—through the channels you configure in your profile. Supported channels include DingTalk, Lark, Feishu, WeCom, email, SMS, and custom webhooks.
If you are a DMS administrator, configure notification channels for other users through the user management feature. For more information, see the "Modify a user" section of Manage users.
