Export the configuration details of some or all of your registered database instances as a CSV file. Use the exported file to back up instance records or audit your registered instances offline.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure that you have:
The database administrator (DBA) or DMS administrator role
Export instance configurations
Log on to the DMS console.
In the top navigation bar, click Data Assets. In the left-side navigation pane, click Instances.
NoteIf you use the DMS console in simple mode, move the pointer over the
icon in the upper-left corner and choose All functions > Data Assets > Instances.On the Instance List tab, select the instances to export.
Click More > Export config.
The browser downloads a CSV file named instances. Open it in Excel or any text editor.
For security reasons, the exported file does not include the logon accounts or passwords of the databases in each instance.
