This topic describes how to approve a data change ticket.

Approve a data change ticket

  1. Log on to the DMS console V5.0.

  2. On the homepage of the DMS console, in the My Tickets section, click Pending Tickets.

  3. On the My Tickets page, click the target Ticket Number.

  4. On the Ticket Details page, review the information in the ticket and click Approve.

    Note

    If the information does not meet your requirements, click Reject.

  5. Enter your comments in the approval comments text box and click Execution Confirmation.

    After you click Confirm, the system proceeds with the next operation. For example, if the execution policy is Execute Now, the system starts the execution immediately because the ticket is approved.
