Data Management (DMS) stores all records of data queries and changes in operations logs. Use it to identify who ran a specific operation and when it occurred.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure that you have:

Access to the DMS console V5.0

The necessary permissions to access Operation Audit
Download operation records
The following steps download all SQL statements executed in the SQL Console over the previous 30 days.

Log on to the DMS console V5.0.

Move the pointer over the
icon in the upper-left corner and choose All functions > Security and Specifications > Operation Audit.If you use the DMS console in normal mode, choose Security and Specifications > Operation Audit in the top navigation bar.

Click SQL window list.

Set the Time parameter to Last One Month and click Search. The results are displayed.

Click the
icon to download the results. The results on the current page are saved as an XLSX file.To preview and export more results, set Items Per Page to 100.
