The Data Management (DMS) Service Level Agreement (SLA) defines the service availability level indexes and compensation plans that Alibaba Cloud provides for DMS.

Note
The DMS SLA applies only to instances managed in Stable Change or Secure Collaboration mode. Instances managed in Flexible Management mode are not covered.
