Use the Dashboard to analyze DNS query volume for your primary domain names and subdomains after setting up the enterprise recursive gateway. The system automatically displays any domain name that has received DNS queries within the last 90 days, without requiring manual configuration.
Prerequisites
Ensure you have onboarded the enterprise recursive gateway. If not, see enterprise user onboarding to complete the setup.
Global statistics
View the volume and trends of UDP and TCP DNS queries for your domain names.

Navigate to the Alibaba Cloud DNS Dashboard.

On the Dashboard page, select Resolution Dashboard > Recursive Gateway > Global Statistics.

Apply filters to view data for a specific domain name. Without any filters, the Dashboard displays data for all domain names.
NoteYou can query DNS query volume data from the last 90 days. Quick time range filters are also available: Today, Previous Day, 7 Days, 15 Days, 30 Days, and 90 Days.

View domain name resolution statistics, including query volume analysis for primary domain names and subdomains, query volume rankings, and detailed query data.
Query volume ranking

Navigate to the Alibaba Cloud DNS Dashboard.

On the Dashboard page, select Resolution Dashboard > Recursive Gateway > Global Statistics. Use the page tabs to switch between query volume rankings for primary domain names and subdomains.

Apply filters to view data for a specific domain name. Without any filters, the Dashboard displays data for all domain names.

Select the Domain name resolution statistics tab. The page displays a query volume ranking table with the following columns: Domain, Total queries, UDP/TCP queries, Source IP count, and Actions. Click View Details to view the resolution details for that domain.

View the resolution trend chart for a selected domain, subdomain query volume rankings, and detailed statistics.

In the Query volume ranking list, find the domain you want to inspect and click View Details in the Actions column.

To find a specific domain, use the search box at the top of the page.

Use the Domain drop-down list in the filter bar to switch between target domains. The table below lists subdomains sorted by query volume in descending order and includes the following columns: Subdomain, Total queries, UDP/TCP queries, and Source IP count.
