Flush the DNS cache
Prerequisites
Make sure that you have:

Purchased a Resource Plan for ISP DNS Cache Refresh.

Identified the exact domain name to flush (for example,
example.com,www.example.com, orwww.test.example.com).
To purchase a Resource Plan, go to the Alibaba Cloud DNS-ISP DNS Cache Refresh page. Each flush costs 7,000 RMB.
Procedure

Switch to the DNS Cache Refresh tab.

Enter the target domain name and click Click to Refresh.
ImportantOnly the exact domain name is flushed. Subdomains and wildcards are not supported.

In the Refresh Tasks section, check the Task Status column to verify that the flush completed successfully.

To check whether the changes have taken effect on carrier DNS servers, click DNS propagation check (China-wide).
Limitations

ISP DNS Cache Refresh is pay-per-use and requires a Resource Plan. Each flush costs 7,000 RMB.

Refund policy
Unused Resource Plans qualify for a no-questions-asked refund within 5 days of purchase. Request refunds from the Expenses and Costs console.
Refunds are not available after 5 days or if the Resource Plan has been used.
