Why do management proxy nodes or parsing nodes show an offline status after a successful device-to-cloud connection?

This issue occurs because connections are blocked to ports 7777 and 7776 on the management proxy or parsing node, and to the change data capture node. After you open the corresponding ports, the status changes to Normal.

Enable TCP communication on the following ports between the management proxy nodes, parsing nodes, and change data capture nodes: 9090, 9000, 29100, 7677, 6666, 7777, 7676, 7675, 6667, and 7776.
