Does Private DNS support wildcard resolution?
Yes. Wildcard resolution is supported regardless of whether the subdomain recursive resolution proxy feature is enabled.
Do I need to modify the DNS configuration when using Private DNS?
No.
To use Private DNS (PrivateZone), activate the service in the Alibaba Cloud DNS console. No changes to the DNS settings of your Elastic Compute Service (ECS) instance are required. Keep the default DNS settings 100.100.2.136/100.100.2.138. After the service is activated, you can add zones, configure resolution records, and set effective scopes.
