Self-hosted DNS supports recursive resolution. This feature is disabled by default. This topic describes how to enable it.
Warning
If you enable public recursion for your resolution nodes, restrict source access to your public IP CIDR blocks.
Procedure
On the Private Zone > Recursion tab, select On-premises DNS Recursion.
Click the Enable Recursion button for the target resolution cluster. In the dialog box that appears, confirm the operation.
