In addition to event page view (PV) and unique visitor (UV) data, you can use property information for a more detailed analysis of events.
For example, the Tutorials record the payment method property, which is an enumeration. This lets you analyze the event PV for each payment method to determine user payment preferences.
Procedure
On the Event Analysis page, click an event name to open its custom analysis page.
The platform creates a default dashboard report that displays the daily event PV and UV in a line chart.
On the event analysis details page, click Add Event Analysis. On the configuration page, add analysis metrics and set the viewing dimensions.
After you finish configuring the analysis, click Save as Report. In the Settings window, name the report "Payment Method Analysis", set the display granularity, chart type, and chart size, and then click OK.
The Analysis Results area on the event analysis configuration page displays the data from the "Payment Method Analysis" report.
