In the campaign console, you can search for, view, edit, or delete campaigns within a campaign unit.

Search for a campaign

You can search for a campaign by its status, type, or by a keyword from its name or ID.

  1. In the search boxes in the upper-right corner of the campaign console page, select a campaign status and type, or enter a keyword from the campaign name or ID.

  2. Click Search. The campaign console is updated to display only the campaigns that match all the specified conditions.

View the campaign list

On the Campaign Management page, in the Campaign Unit List, click the name of a campaign unit to open its campaign console.

The campaign console displays a card for each campaign, sorted by creation time in descending order. Each card displays the following information:

  • Campaign Name

  • Marketing Type

  • Start Time

  • End Time

  • Campaign Status

The campaign statuses are Pending, Published, and Unpublished.

status

The following statuses are available:

  • Pending Publication: The campaign has not yet been published. This status includes the following sub-statuses:

    • Pending (Not expired): The campaign is pending and has not expired.

    • Pending (Expired): The campaign is pending publication but has already expired. You can edit, delete, and publish campaigns in this state. When a campaign is deleted, its data is retained in the system for statistical analysis.

  • Published: The campaign has been published and is active. You can unpublish a published campaign. This status includes two sub-statuses:

    • Published (Not started): The campaign is published but has not yet started.

    • Published (Started): The campaign is published and has started.

  • Offline: The campaign is offline. This status includes the following sub-statuses:

    • Unpublished (Not expired): The campaign is unpublished and has not expired.

    • Offline (Expired): The campaign is offline and has expired. A campaign taken offline cannot be brought back online, whether it has expired or not.
