Symptoms

When you install Cloud Toolkit on Eclipse, Eclipse crashes, freezes, or quits. The following error message is displayed: An error has occurred.See the log file in XXX\XXX.

Cause

An incorrect dependency reference exists in the bundles.info file. This file is located in the configuration\org.eclipse.equinox.simpleconfigurator directory of the Eclipse installation path. The error occurs because Cloud Toolkit calls dependencies from the bundles.info file during installation.

Solution

Reinstall Eclipse.
