What is a new customer?

A new customer is an Alibaba Cloud member who has never purchased a paid cloud product. When a new customer makes their first purchase of a cloud product, they are also called a first-time buyer. A new customer loses their first-purchase eligibility if they complete a CNY 0 order that generates a bill.
