Query an AppKey

This topic describes how to query an AppKey.

Prerequisites

You have created an application. For more information, see Create an application.

Notes

The AppKey is the unique authentication credential for an application. Keep it secure. If your AppKey is leaked, promptly submit a ticket to request a new AppKey to prevent critical loss.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the Real-Time Communication RTC console.
  2. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Application Management.
  3. In the application list, click Query AppKey in the Actions column.
  4. In the dialog box that appears, click OK to view the AppKey.

After you query the AppKey, you can use it to generate a token for channel authentication. For more information, see Use a token for authentication.
