The Overview page in the Task Scheduling console shows dynamic updates and statistics for all your tasks.

Task statistics
This section shows the number of each task type in the current environment:
Total tasks: The total number of configured tasks in the current environment, including simple jobs and cluster tasks. Hover over the icon to see the ratio of each task type. Click the view details link in the pop-up window to go to the task list.
Total task topologies: The total number of orchestrated task topologies in the current environment.
Task activity
This section lists all scheduling records for the current environment in reverse chronological order. Records are kept for 7 days. You can use the time control to adjust the time range for the statistics. If a task is manually triggered, the list also shows the user who executed the schedule.

In the task activity list, click the corresponding task name or scheduling record link to view the task details page.
The activity list shows the 5 most recent records by default. To load more records, click view more at the bottom of the page.
The console can receive execution records and display scheduling status only for tasks that have the communication type set to CALLBACK. To view scheduling records for tasks with the ONEWAY communication type, see View scheduling records.
To retrieve scheduling records for a longer period, submit a ticket.
